I partner with purpose-driven leaders to turn strategic ambition into operational reality.

I've held the top operational role five times with impact investment funds, foundations, and social purpose start-ups. That's meant coordinating teams of 5 to 50, managing budgets up to $15M, and working with assets ranging from $10M to $150M. Along the way, I've navigated acquisitions, funding increases, revenue growth, and restructures, while remaining focused on building transparent systems that help people do their best work in alignment with mission.

As a CPA and MBA who's led across AI & IT, People Ops, Finance, Strategic Ops, and Compliance, I bring the functional range and values alignment that purpose-driven teams need to scale without losing their way.
