Criteria
- In order to best serve clients, we seek professionals with:
- Leadership experience (department, team, or founding roles)
- Expertise in specific function (e.g. Finance, Operations, Strategy, HR, Marketing, etc.)
- Expertise in change management
- Specific criteria at this stage are:
- 15+ years professional experience
- 10+ years in mission-driven work aligned with UN SDGs either directly or indirectly
- 5+ years in VP / MD / C-Suite or other Exec position(s)
- Based in United States or Canada
- Preferred criteria are:
- Experience as a fractional or interim professional
- Experience with varying stages of organizational growth and resources
